The Reach

The project creates 66 high quality homes arranged around a new communal garden and includes flexible community and commercial space at ground floor. The resident's garden includes substantial planting and play facilities for a range of ages. The project is part of a GLA funded initiative by Peabody, Bexley and Greenwich councils to deliver more homes within Abbey Wood, Plumstead and Thamesmead.
