MacBean Street

This mixed-use development comprises three residential towers linked by a four-storey perimeter block which accommodates workspace, retail, leisure and residential amenity space. Two smaller buildings provide additional retailing and apartments.

The public realm proposals include a new public square, Murray’s Yard, a public garden space and podium-level residential courtyards. A ‘mews’ style shared surface links the ground-floor spaces and connects to a new public route from Powis Street to Beresford Street.
