Masterplan for over 750 new homes, comprising apartment blocks, houses and maisonettes which replace an existing estate to provide a much improved housing environment. The landscape strategy establishes a series of courtyards which are connected by green links to a significant area of existing woodland along the western boundary. SuDS principles inform a green/blue network of swales and naturally planted play and social spaces.
