Nikolena Gkolfinopoulou

Nikolena is a senior landscape architect at Turkington Martin with degrees in architectural engineering and landscape architecture. Prior to joining the practice, in 2020, she gained international experience in large-scale masterplanning for new neighbourhoods, acquiring skills in conceptual thinking which she brings to our own urban projects.

She played a central role in the concept development for a major town-centre expansion scheme for Hailsham in East Sussex and led the design for new seafront housing in Hythe. She is currently working on a major office refurbishment project at Elephant & Castle in South London and a residential development in Wandsworth which provides independent living for people with learning disabilities. In all her work, she is also valued for her exemplary graphic and visualisation skills.
