We are pleased to announce that our proposals to refurbish Merstham Recreation Ground have finally been granted planning permission.
The plans, developed through considerable engagement with local people and stakeholders, will help to transform Merstham Recreation Ground into an open space that will improve sport and recreational facilities as well as enhance local biodiversity. Working with Surrey County Council to develop the SuDS strategy, the proposals will become a flagship project for the county in using local green infrastructure to alleviate local surface water flooding issues and reduce the risk of flooding to nearby homes.
