Devonshire Place has been submitted as a detailed planning application to the London Borough of Southwark as a part of the Mayor’s Old Kent Road ‘Opportunity Area’ regeneration strategy. The scheme, for Shaw Corporation and Regal London, will deliver 1,141 new homes, including student flats, across four buildings ranging from 16 to 33 storeys tall, together with café, community hub, retail store and student facilities. Turkington Martin were responsible for developing the public realm masterplan in a team lead by JTP Architects.
